The user who visits the website of HOTEL TRES REYES and who browses in it accepts these general terms and conditions. Users must be of legal age (18 years) and have the legal capacity to be bound by this agreement and understand the general terms and conditions.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND LOCAL JURISDICTION

These general terms and conditions, in addition to any relationship between the user and HOTEL TRES REYES, shall be governed by Spanish legislation. Both parties submit themselves before the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the courts of Pamplona (Spain), in so doing expressly waiving their right to any other jurisdiction to which they may have recourse.
